Koala Core Hosting - Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by Koala Core Hosting ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Services and Availability
2.1. We provide web hosting and related services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. 2.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. 2.3. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or data corruption resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or cyber-attacks.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1. You agree to use our services in compliance with Dutch law and EU regulations. 3.2. You may not use our services for illegal activities, spamming, hacking, or hosting prohibited content. 3.3. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data. We do not guarantee data recovery. 3.4. If we determine that your use of the service violates our policies or applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

4. Fees and Payments
4.1. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. 4.2. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services. 4.3. We reserve the right to change prices and billing terms at any time with prior notice.

5. Liability and Disclaimer
5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 5.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. 5.3. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service in the last 30 days.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination
7.1. You may terminate your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued. 7.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
